Sean Hillary Locklear (born May 29, 1981) is an American former professional football offensive tackle.
Locklear was also a member of the Washington Redskins, New York Giants, and Atlanta Falcons.
He was selected with the 21st pick of the third round of the 2004 NFL draft out of North Carolina State University.

On February 21, 2008, the Seahawks re-signed Locklear, keeping him away from the free agent market.
