Sebastian Cluer is a Canadian film and television director, producer, developer and writer.

He met frequent collaborator Kenny Hotz, as a preteen through his father, who lived with Hotz's mother for several decades.

He graduated from Ryerson University's New Media program at the School of Image Arts.
