Sebeka (/səˈbiːkə/ sə-BEE-kə) is a city in Wadena County, Minnesota, United States.
Sebeka originally grew around the depot of the K-line branch of the Great Northern Railway, which first came through the area in 1892.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.47 square miles (6.40 km2), all of it land.
