The Secretary of Human Settlements and Urban Development (Filipino: Kalihim ng Pananahanang Pantao at Pagpapaunlad ng Kalunsuran) is the member of the Cabinet of the Philippines in charge of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.

The current secretary is Jose Acuzar.

The Secretary of Human Settlements and Urban Development has the following functions:[1] The Secretary of Human Settlements and Urban Development is also a voting member of the National Economic and Development Authority and the governing boards of the Climate Change Commission, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council and the National Land Use Committee.
