Seiichi Aritome from the SK Hynix Inc., Gyeonggi-do, South Korea was named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014 for contributions to flash memory technologies.
After obtaining his M.E., he joined Toshiba and then worked for Micron Technology in 2003 and Powerchip in 2007.
He then joined SK Hynix Inc, where, for the past 25 years, he was responsible for the development of NAND flash memory chips.
He is a member of the IEEE Electron Devices Society.
