The Serie A Coach of the Month, officially known as the Philadelphia Coach of the Month for sponsorship reasons,[1] is an association football award that recognises the best Serie A head coach each month of the season.
[2] Simone Inzaghi won the award a record five times.
[3][4] Thiago Motta is the only manager to have won the award with two different clubs (Spezia and Bologna), and the only manager to have won the award in two consecutive months.
[3][5] The award has been given to seventeen different coaches, of which fifteen have been Italian, with the only foreign managers awarded being Siniša Mihajlović (Serbia) and José Mourinho (Portugal).
[3] As of January 2025, the most recent recipient of the award is Napoli manager Antonio Conte.
