The meeting reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Establishment of Shanghai Financial Court".
[3] On April 27, 2018, The Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress passed the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Establishment of the Shanghai Financial Court" in effect from April 28, 2018 deciding to set up the Shanghai Financial Court.
