Sharmili Ahmed (8 May 1947 – 8 July 2022) was a Bangladeshi television and film actress.
[1][2] She passed matriculation examination from Rajshahi PN Girls High School.
[6] She acted in a mother role for the first time in the drama Agun, directed by Mohammad Mohsin in 1976.
[7] In a career spanning more than 50 years she acted in nearly 400 films and 150 television programs.
