Edge started his career with the World League's Barcelona Dragons for the 1995–96 season and averaged 40.1 yards per punt.

Miller was placed on the injured reserve due to a sports hernia that occurred during a week four game vs the Buffalo Bills.
[8] Edge was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs on June 23, 1998, but was waived from the team prior to the completion of training camp on August 25, 1998.
