Sheila Heen is an American author, educator and public speaker.
She is the Thaddeus R. Beal Professor of Practice at Harvard Law School, member of the Harvard Negotiation Project, co-founder of Triad Consulting, and author of two New York Times Best Sellers - Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most,[1] and Thanks for the Feedback: The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well.

[5] Upon graduating law school, Heen joined the Harvard Negotiation Project in 1993 to focus on negotiation theory for practitioners.
