Shimao Station (島尾駅, Shimao-eki) is a railway station on the Himi Line in the city of Himi in Toyama Prefecture, Japan, operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West).

Shimao Station is a station on the Himi Line, and is located 13.5 kilometers from the opposing end of the line at Takaoka.

Shimao Station consists of a single ground-level side platform, serving a single bi-directional track.

With the privatization of the JNR on April 1, 1987, the station came under the control of the West Japan Railway Company.
