Shlenker House

[2] Shlenker House is a historical reminder of the Jewish immigrant community in Vicksburg during the early-20th century.

[1] It is a two-story, brick eclectic residence with influence from the Prairie School and Bungalow styles (by an unknown architect).

In September 1915, the Shlenker family sold the house to Hester Craig (who at the time was engaged to Gray Flowers).

[6] The house once had leaded stained glass windows, which were vandalized and no longer exist.
