The shooting competition at the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games was held at the Polígono Estadio Jorge "El Mágico" González, San Salvador, El Salvador from 25 June to 4 July.

The skeet and trap competitions were held from 4 to 7 July at the Centro Olímpico Juan Pablo Duarte in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
