The swimming competition at the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games will be held at the Complejo Acuático Ciudad Merliot in Santa Tecla, El Salvador from 24 to 28 June.

Open water swimming events will be held on 5 to 7 July at Lago Ilopango.
