Sigrid Quack (born 17 July 1958) is a German social scientist working in the field of comparative sociology.
She is a professor of sociology at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany, where she is the Director of the Centre for Global Cooperation Research.

[8] In particular, she has studied governance across borders in the fields of copyright and open access, financial reporting, the regulation of multinational companies, environmentalism, and labor rights.
She is the author or editor of numerous books and articles on globalization, institutions and regulation.
