Sigurd Johan Normann (1879—1939) was a Norwegian theologian and bishop of the Church of Norway.

Normann was born in 1879 in Hamarøy Municipality, Norway.

In 1937, he was named the Bishop of the Diocese of Hålogaland, based in Tromsø, a position he held until his death in December 1939.
