Singapore School Kelapa Gading

[4] Starting in a foster house as a preschool in 2002, Singapore School Kelapa Gading grew sufficiently to move to its current large premises on Jl Pegangsaan Dua in 2005, where it became a Cambridge International Centre[2] and then becoming authorised to offer what was then the Cambridge International Primary Program.

As part of this development, a large Junior College Library and Media Centre were added, providing independent space and a significant collection of physical and online resources for the expanding program.

The most recent addition is a Junior College Library and Media Centre on the fourth floor, which serves as the hub of the IB Diploma Programme.

For those core subjects, the school has adopted the Cambridge Primary and Secondary Checkpoint curriculum frameworks.

All students sit for Checkpoints exams administered and assessed by Cambridge Examinations in the UK each year.

Junior College students study and take six subjects, Theory of Knowledge and the Extended essay, as well as participate in Creativity, Action, Service (CAS) as required for the IB Diploma Program.
