[1] Due to exposure from publications as Alternative Press and Skratch, the group signed to independent label Victory Records on May 15, 2003.

[10] In March and April 2004, the band supported the Juliana Theory on their tour of the US; the trek included an appearance at the Skate and Surf Festival.
[13] In July and August, the group went on tour with Fall Out Boy, Armor for Sleep, Name Taken, and the Academy Is...[14] For this trek, bassist Andrew Elderbaum and drummer Jim Mitchell were replaced by new members.
[16] They went on an East Coast US tour with Hawthorne Heights, Burning Bright and the Break in September 2004, followed by an appearance at The Fest.
