Snyder, Nebraska

Snyder is a village in Dodge County, Nebraska, United States.

Snyder was platted in 1886 when the Fremont, Elkhorn and Missouri Valley Railroad was extended to that point.

[7] Prominent Lutheran radio minister Oswald Hoffmann of the second half of the twentieth century was born in Snyder in 1913.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.48 square miles (1.24 km2), all land.

The racial makup of the village was 99.3% White, 0.3% Native American, and 0.3% from two or more races.
