Sons In Retirement

Sir inc., (formerly Sons In Retirement) is a social welfare organization.

SIR was founded in San Mateo, California in 1958 [2] and subsequently incorporated as a 501-(c)(4) non-profit corporation.

Today, Senior men of all ages are welcomed whether they are retired or not.

In February 2019, by a vote by the State Board of Directors, it was passed that the word SIR be adopted and used as a pronoun within the Branch membership and in public use.
