The charter league members were the Addison White Sox, Corning White Ponies, Coudersport, Elmira, New York, Hornellsville Maple Cities, Penn Yan Grape Pickers and Wellsville Oil Drillers.
The four teams were the Addison-Wellsville Tobacco Strippers, Corning Glassblowers, Elmira and Hornellsville Blue Birds.
