Spencer Stuart

Spencer Stuart is an American global executive search and leadership consulting firm based in Chicago, Illinois.

[2] In 2009, the Wall Street Journal described the firm as the U.S. government's main resource for finding replacement executives for companies bailed out during the Great Recession.

[3] The firm currently employs over 1,200 people, with both Kincentric and Cambria consulting falling under the umbrella of Spencer Stuart, following their respective acquisitions by SSI.

Spencer Stuart began in its early years as a boutique consultancy, being one of the first executive search firms to conduct international and domestic projects.

[5] In December 2024 the board of directors of Intel Corp. retained Spencer Stuart to conduct the search for replacing the already left CEO Pat Gelsinger.
