Long-clawed ground squirrel

The long-clawed ground squirrel (Spermophilopsis leptodactylus) is a squirrel species native to grasslands and deserts in northeastern Iran, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, northwestern Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
