Sphenomorphus haasi is a species of skink, a lizard in the family Scincidae.
[1][2] The species is endemic to the island of Borneo, on which it is found in Malaysia[1] and Indonesia.
[2] The specific name, haasi, is in honor of Austrian-born Israeli herpetologist Georg Haas.
[1] A small species, S. haasi may attain a snout-to-vent length (SVL) of 57 mm (2.2 in).
Dorsally, it is dark brown, with pale olive spots.
