St. Charles Borromeo School is a private Catholic school in Destrehan, Louisiana, located on the 17-acre grounds of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

It was the first parochial school opened between New Orleans and Baton Rouge, and it was operated by the Sisters of the Congregation of the Immaculate Conception.
