St. Mary's Cathedral[1] is a religious building affiliated with the Catholic Church,[2] in the city of Port Moresby,[3][4] capital of Papua New Guinea,[5][6]].
The cathedral is the headquarters of the Metropolitan[clarification needed] Archdiocese of Port Moresby (Archidioecesis Portus Moresbiensis) in the National Capital District.
The exterior is decorated with light blue and a white tower stands on one side of the main entrance.
