St. Regis Park is a home rule-class city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States, and a part of the Louisville Metro government.
The northern end of the city limits is at the I-64/I-264 interchange, 9 miles (14 km) east of downtown Louisville.
According to the United States Census Bureau, St. Regis Park has a total area of 0.3 square miles (0.9 km2), all land.
19.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
