Stacy Sims is an exercise physiologist, nutrition scientist, author, and women's health and fitness advocate.
She spent much of her childhood in the Netherlands and went to high school in San Francisco in the United States.
Her 2016 book, Roar focuses on these differences including the effects of menstruation and hormonal birth control, female-centered nutrition, and aging and menopause.
