Stelling (company)

Stelling is a retailer of office and art supplies based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

In the early 1910s, however, it established a paint, lacquer and varnish factory at Valgårdsvej 2 in Valby.

The Stelling House at the original location at Gammeltorv 6 was designed by Danish architect Arne Jacobsen and is now a heritage listed building.

van der Aa Kühle's Lacquer Factory in Valby was acquired by the company.

In 1937, the company's old headquarters at Gammeltorv 6 was replaced by a new building designed by Danish architect Arne Jacobsen.
