Sir Stephen John Lindsay Oliver, KC (14 November 1938 – 8 April 2024) was a British judge.
Oliver was called to the bar at Middle Temple in 1963.
He was appointed Queen's Counsel (1980), recorder (1989), and Circuit Judge (1991).
[1] On 1 April 2009 he became Acting President of the Tax Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal.
