Sir Stephen Miles Tomlinson PC KC (born 29 March 1952)[1] is an English barrister and former Lord Justice of Appeal.
Throughout his career as a barrister, he practised at chambers 7 King's Bench Walk.
[2] In 2000, he was appointed to the High Court of Justice, receiving the customary knighthood, and was assigned to the Queen's Bench Division.
On 9 July 2010, Tomlinson became a Lord Justice of Appeal,[3] and received the customary appointment to the Privy Council in 2011.
[4] Tomlinson married Joanna Greig and has one son and one daughter.
