Sulcospira housei

Melania housei I. Lea, 1856 Adamietta housei (I. Lea, 1856) Melania schomburgki Suvatti, 1950 Stenomelania housei Lea, 1856 Sulcospira housei is a species of freshwater snail with an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Pachychilidae.

The specific name housei is in honour of Dr. Samuel Reynolds House,[2] who collected type specimens during the American Presbyterian Mission in Siam.

This species occurs in: The type locality is "Korat, Takrong River, Siam".
