Sultan Muhammad Khan is a Pakistani lawyer and politician who served as the Provincial Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights, in office from 29 August 2018 to 9 Feb 2021.
He resigned from his post willingly to face an inquiry into unfounded and unproved allegations from which he was later cleared by his party.
However, despite later requests by the then Chief Minister who visited his residence in Rajjar, Charsadda to invite him to rejoin the cabinet, he refused.
His maternal grandfather Abdul Khaliq Khan (late) from Hoti, Mardan was a twice elected MNA in 1970 and 1988 and Senator from 1990 until his death in 1992.
[7] On 29 August 2018, he was inducted into the provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan and was appointed as Provincial Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights.
