As of the 2020 census[1] there were 3,760 people, 1,419 households, and 1,025 families residing in the township.

The racial makeup of the township was 95.19% White, 0.40% African American, 0.05% Native American, 0.74% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 0.51% from other races, and 3.09% from two or more races.

There were 1,419 households, out of which 31.20% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.25% were married couples living together, 6.06% had a female householder with no spouse present, and 27.77% were non-families.

23.40% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.80% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
