Surat Thani Futsal Club (Thai สโมสรฟุตซอลสุราษฎร์ธานี) is a Thai Futsal club, nicknamed The Lightning Shrimps and based in Surat Thani Province located in the south of Thailand.

The club currently plays in the Thailand Futsal League.
