Susan Cooley Fargo (August 27, 1942 – November 15, 2019) was an American politician from the state of Massachusetts.
[2] Fargo co-chaired the Committee on Public Health during her time in the Massachusetts State Senate, and was known for her push to ban smoking in the workplace and enact tax credits for senior citizens.
[3] On February 10, 2012, Fargo announced that she would not seek a ninth term.
She went to Stephens College before receiving her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
