Switz City, Indiana

Switz City is a town in Fairplay and Grant townships, Greene County, Indiana, United States.

[4] The town was named in honor of one or more members of the Switz family of early settlers.

[5] SAccording to the 2010 census, Switz City has a total area of 0.23 square miles (0.60 km2), all land.

[6] The climate in this area is characterized by hot, humid summers and generally mild to cool winters.

There were 136 housing units at an average density of 591.3 per square mile (228.3/km2).
