Gerald Sydney Halter, OC (April 18, 1905 – October 24, 1990) was a Canadian sports executive and lawyer.
He served as the first commissioner of the Canadian Football League from 1958 to 1966, and was president of the Amateur Athletic Union of Canada from 1938 to 1946.
