Sylvie Hubac

Sylvie Hubac (born 7 March 1956) is the former chief of staff of President François Hollande[1] and was the personal representative of the French Co-Prince of Andorra between 2012 and 2015.

Born in Tunis, a few days before the end of the French protectorate,[4] Hubac graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and the School of Oriental Languages.

In 1993, she became First Counselor at the French Embassy in Spain, before returning to France in 1996 as Government Commissioner to the litigation section of the Council of State until 1998 when she was appointed Director General of Services at the Ile-de-France region.

On 15 May 2012, she was appointed director of the cabinet of the President of the French Republic and personal representative of the Head of State of the co-prince in Andorra.

In 1983, Hubac married Philippe Crouzet, who since 2009 has been Chairman of the Management Board of Vallourec, an oil and gas drilling company.
