Sylvie Ngouadakpa is a nurse and university lecturer from the Central African Republic.
She is the first woman from the Central African Republic to be awarded the Florence Nightingale Medal.
In 2011 Ngouadakpa became the first woman from the Central African Republic to be awarded the Florence Nightingale Medal.
