The men's singles table tennis event at the 2023 African Games took place from 4 to 5 March 2024 at the Accra International Conference Centre.

[1][2] Olajide Omotayo was the defending champion, but lost in the quarterfinals to Omar Assar.

[3] Assar went on to win the title, defeating Quadri Aruna in the final, 4–3.
