Tadayoshi Kohno

Tadayoshi Kohno is an American professor in the fields of data and computer security.

He is the Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Access, and Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington.

[1] He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,[2][3] a member of the Electronic Frontier Foundation Technical Advisory Board,[4] and was an inaugural member of the Cyber Resilience Forum within the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.

[5] Kohno earned his bachelor of science degree from University of Colorado and his Ph.D. from University of California San Diego.

[6] Kohno is a professor in the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering;[7] adjunct professor in the school of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the School of Information, and the School of Law; associate director for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access in the Allen School; co-director of the Security & Privacy Research Lab; and co-director of the Tech Policy Lab.
