Kagayama made his league debut against AC Kajaani on 27 April 2019.
[2] On 11 July 2019, Kagayama won June Player of the Month.
[9] He played 30 matches in all competition for Sabah and provide 2 assist and 3 goals in the Malaysia Super League.
He scored 2 goals in the Malaysia Cup to take Sabah to the semi-final.
[10] Kagayama made his league debut against Torpedo Kutaisi on 19 March 2023.
