Takako Oguchi (小口貴子, Oguchi Takako, born August 8, 1984, in Wajima) (née Omukai)[2] is a Japanese skeleton racer who has competed since 2003 and joined the Japanese national team in 2005.

[2] Oguchi's first official start in international competition was in the 2006–07 season at Calgary on the North American Cup circuit, where she placed 23rd.

She returned to competition for the 2009–10 season, and advanced to the Intercontinental Cup for 2012–13.
