Takumi Yamamoto (山本 拓実, Yamamoto Takumi, born January 31, 2000 in Takarazuka, Hyogo, Japan) is a professional Japanese baseball pitcher for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB).

He has previously played in NPB for the Chunichi Dragons.

On November 18, he signed a provisional contract with a ¥25,000,000 sign-on bonus and a ¥5,500,000 yearly salary.
