Dr.Tara Prasad Joshi (Nepali:डा.तारा प्रसाद जोशी) is a Nepalese politician who serves as a member of the Sudurpashchim Provincial Assembly.

[2] Joshi was born in a simple family in Ganyapadhura rural municipality-2,Bamangaun of Dadeldhura district in the year 2027 BS.

He completed his studies in International Politics and Diplomatic Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University with full scholarship quota.

Joshi, the founder of 'Vision Dadeldhura', spent a long time studying for the establishment of an industry based on agricultural production in the Far West.

After the study, under his leadership, an industry named 'Farwestern Agro Giant Limited' was established with the investment of 777 people and is currently doing trial production.
