Tarasovsky District (Russian: Тара́совский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Russia.

It is located in the northwest of the oblast.

The area of the district is 2,767.47 square kilometers (1,068.53 sq mi).
