Tatsuhiko Toshino (born January 18, 1988) is a Japanese professional basketball player who plays for the Ehime Orange Vikings of the B.League in Japan.

He was selected by the Gunma Crane Thunders with the 11th overall pick in the 2012 bj League draft.
