[1][2] The women's team was founded in 2013 by taking over Ersboda SK club.
It has been promoted to the competition as a replacement for the canceled team IKSU, the winner of the previous season and overall seven-time champion.
Since promotion, the team has won all four championship titles and subsequently both Champions Cups played in 2023 and 2024.
[1][3][4][5][6] The men's team also play the Swedish Super League, since season 2020–21.
The team's greatest success is ninth place in the last three seasons 2021–22 through 2023–24.
