The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) is a public vocational college in Chai Wan, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

The institute is a member institution of the Vocational Training Council, a public institution provides vocationally-oriented bachelor's degree programmes for HKDSE candidates.
